Main Color of Graphic / Stripe / Decal.

The Main Color of each of the graphic designs refers to the color associated bulk of the graphics which appears in the design images as light grey. Simply choose the color you want from the list, and we will produce the graphic in that color, along with the other option you select.

Text and Logo

We have a large library of logos and graphics, and a font library with over 10,000 fonts. You can customize Design Styles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 in one or more places with your own custom text, your own custom logo, an image you have seen somewhere, or ask about one from our extensive library.

Other Customizations

Premium Materials :

All of the Vinyl Graphic, Decal and Stripe kits that we offer for motorcycles are produced using only Premium 3M, Arlon, Avery, Orafol, and Vvivid Cast Vinyl Graphic Films. For this reason we WILL NOT produce any of our graphics kits out of any lower grade materials, such as economy, or calendered vinyl.

Color Choice :

We currently have 379 3M, Arlon, Avery, Orafol, and Vvivid colors and materials to choose from at Vinyl Imagination, we feel that we offer the largest choice of premium cast vinyl colors and materials in the industry right here on our website.

Color Consistency :

All of the material series numbers, color names, and color codes listed on our website are the same as those listed by the respective manufacturer. This means that should you need to match this color and material at a later date, you will be able to do so without any problem or confusion regardless of where you order it. This is contrary to a lot of companies that apply their own names, codes etc to the colors listed on their sites which does cause future matching problems.

For that reason we do not charge for design services, we only charge for the actual product we produce for you! After all not everyone wants their vehicle to look like everyone else's!

When placing your order, you can choose to receive a design proof before we produce and ship your order. This is to ensure that you are receiving exactly what you ordered before we make it.

Modified OEM Look :

If you like the OEM look, you have come to the right place! Not only do we design unique, custom designed stripes to your specifications, we also believe in expanding on the OEM look of those motorcycle graphics. We vastly expand the graphics, stripes, and decals that motorcycle manufacturers only make available in a limited range of colors and designs. We use our wide range of colors, materials and design styles, while at the same time allowing customization to your unique specifications.

We only offer Premium Quality 3M, Arlon, Avery, Orafol, and Vvivid Cast Automotive Grade Vinyl. We do not, and will not offer, supply or use any unbranded, economy or calendered vinyl films. Lower grade films are often used by our competitors, and can frequently be found on sites like eBay!
Please beware if a company will not supply the actual brand, film series, and correct color code. This should give you pause, as usually there is no need to withhold this information. If a company renames the color or changes the color code you should ask yourself why they are doing this!

The 3M, Arlon, Avery, Orafol, and Vvivid Premium Quality vinyl films we use to produce our graphics are OEM Automotive quality. They are all Cast films designed for automotive cut graphics use. We will not supply anything less!
Please be aware you will see similar lower quality, cheaper graphics elsewhere like eBay. If you see that the films are PVC, Polymeric, Monomeric, 3M Series 50, Orafol 651, Avery HP700 or lower. These are all Calendered lower grade vinyl films that you will not find on our site, and will not meet the same standards that we have! These films will likely shrink, crack, and last less thn 3 years!

Custom Designs

We understand that the 6 designs we have created here may not suit everyone's taste. This is why we are always happy to design something new to suit your own taste! We are happy to adjust any of the designs we already have, mix certain features of multiple designs, or create something entirely new that we don't have here.
Please feel free to contact us with your adjustment, suggestion, idea, or creation that you want to turn into a custom one of a kind vinyl graphic!

Graphic design by nature is a very detailed, and sometimes a very timely process. This process depends on how complex the design is, obviously a small adjustment can be done very quickly, while complete custom creations can take considerably longer. However, the basic steps are as follows.

1. You send us your idea, with hopefully as much information and detail as possible describing what you're looking for. We can accept and work with most file formats. You can include files, pictures, sketches, scans of drawings on napkins! Anything that gives us information about your design.
2. Once we receive your request, we will start working on your new design. Usually we will send you an initial response to the email address which you provided, which will include an initial design proposal of your initial concept as well as initial pricing. We do not charge for the design process, the price quoted will be for the produced end graphic only.
3. 1. If we've nailed the design for you, and you want to move forward, then we will send you a custom checkout link, PayPal invoice, call you for your order, or you can call us to complete your order.
   2. If we don't get the design exactly where you want it, we will keep updating the design with your specifications and sending you updates until we do! Our mission is to get you the exact graphic you want for your motorcycle.
4. Once the design is exactly where you want it and we have your design approval, the next step is to complete your order. Payment for your custom graphic can be made using a credit / debit card or PayPal. We do accept other payment methods if you do not have a credit card or PayPal, but special arrangements must be made for other payment methods.
5. Upon completion of payment for your order, we will immediately order any non-stock colors / materials required for your order to be produced. As soon as receive the required materials we will produce your custom designed order.
6. Finally we will ship your custom graphic to you using your chosen shipping method. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail is FREE within the United States. We offer a full range shipping options both Domestic and International via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Rates for these shipping methods is calculated at checkout.

We do our best to design custom graphics, and get your concept to a satisfactory final product as soon as possible as there is no advantage for us in delaying the process. However, we would hop you understand that time frames are dependent on a many factors.

• Obviously the first factor is our workload, the heavier our workload is the more time it may take to complete your design.
• Your response to our emails and other communications is a major factor. We would ask that you make sure you are able to receive emails from us, and add the vinylimagination.com domain to your email client white list. Check your spam and junk folders frequently. We will never send you unwanted emails, we do not send spam or junk mail EVER.
• Providing as much detail, images, sketches and general information in your initial communication is paramount. The more information we have from you initially, the easier it will be for us to design a graphic that meets your expectations. We can then get you a final product in the shortest possible time.
• Please note: We do not ignore our customers, or potential customers. We also do not harass our customers, so we generally send an email twice. The initial email then a reminder. After that we leave it up you the customer to proceed. If you do not hear from us please call, text, or email us.

We do not charge for our motorcycle graphic design services. We are confident that the motorcycle graphic design services you receive from us will meet your expectations and result in the purchase of the graphic that we design for you. Because we are this confident, the only thing you will be charged for is the final product we produce for you.
