Temporary Changes / Info

Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19 we, like everyone else have had no choice but to make some temporary adjustments to our business practices. We will update this page as we receive information from the government, our vendors, shipping carriers, and most importantly our customers, regarding those adjustments. Please check back frequently.

Due to the high volume of calls we have been receiving since various restrictions and "lock-downs" have been put in place, we are trying to prioritize production and shipping of orders, as well as cutting operating costs. Due to this we can now be contacted by the following methods.
  1. EMAIL:

    We check our email frequently, and always have access to our email 24/7. Please understand that we are located in Southern California in the PST time zone. We attempt to answer all emails as quickly as possible, but please be reasonable in your expectations of reply time.

      It also helps, and will decrease response time if you direct your email to the correct department.

      Any questions regarding an order you have placed, a product you have ordered and received or not received, a package that you have received that is damaged etc. should be directed here.

    This is a great way to drop us a quick question, you can send us messages, images, questions etc.
    As with email, we check Text Messages frequently, and again always have access to this 24/7. Please understand that we are located in Southern California in the PST time zone. We attempt to answer all text messages as soon as possible, but please be reasonable in your expectations of reply time.

  3. PHONE:

    At this time we have had to suspend receiving phone calls. You may leave us a voicemail, which we do check throughout the day. However, this is not currently the optimal way to contact us. And to reduce frustration we would ask that you either contact us via Email or SMS Text using your cellular phone.

Orders & Shipping

  • PROCESSING / SHIPPING DELAYS

    As we are working to serve you as quickly and efficiently as possible, the processing of your orders may take slightly longer than usual. This is especially true with specialized, and exotic materials that we do not keep in stock.

    At this time, many suppliers, manufacturers, and shipping carriers have delays in response times and transit times. Our manufacturers have many backorders at the moment which may result in our shipments not coming in as planned. This may also result in your order being processed at our other facility or being directly drop-shipped from the manufacturer if possible which may delay your shipping time.

  • Shipping Times:

    We are doing our utmost to try to keep shipping times, and business operations as normal as possible during these current times. We are sure you can appreciate there are things that are out of our control at this time.

    There is no advantage for us as a business to delay the shipping of customer orders. However, receiving supplies by normal methods has been disrupted somewhat. An example of this is that most "will-call" operations from our suppliers has currently been suspended. So even if the supplier is in the same city, items now have to be shipped to us, rather than a 10 minute pickup!

    This in turn has put greater stress on shipping companies, mail carriers, and delivery services. Because of this we have now been informed that UPS, FedEx, and USPS no longer guarantee normal delivery time frames.

    As our normal supply chain has been disrupted, it means that we inevitably are unable to ship some orders as fast as we would normally. Once we do ship orders they may take slightly longer to get to our customers.
